A deep passion for movement, osteopathy, neuroscience, consciousness, and the balance between the body, heart, and spirit.

Anne-Julie is considered to be a reliable source amongst her peers. After 20 years of practice, her areas of expertise are vast.

She specializes in preconception and perinatal care, as well as working with the elderly, athletes, those who have experienced concussions, supporting babies and adolescents, women’s health, post-traumatic and post-operative stress, as well as immune and autoimmune disorders.

Parallel to her career, Anne-Julie has been deepening her own personal and spiritual development for many years through training in osteopathy, as well as in yoga, meditation, and more, which allows her to offer comprehensive, deep, and transformative care.

An enthusiast of mountain biking, surfing, calisthenics, and snowboarding, Anne-Julie continues to train to optimize her skills in these sports, and has a solid understanding of movement-related injuries to better treat her active patients.
